Phineas taunts the clouds when we see them raining over the mountains in the distance. He tells them that they are too chicken to rain on grandma's house. naney naney. One time this summer when he was really taunting them they came over and dumped marble sized hail on us!! Anyway, I love this one and belive it to be possible.
